Restorative yoga is the antidote to the hustle and bustle of our modern lives, a chance to let go of the constant need to produce, perform, & instead, prioritize yourself.

Print out on how to make yoga props using everyday household items to enjoy the practice without having to buy all the equipment.

Three setups to access multiple different postures to best support your body and let it release fully.

A 30-minute sound bath meditation to take your mind deeper into a restful state so that it can regenerate.
