Caroline brings an incredible spirit and energy to her classes, as well as a great sense of how the human body moves.  She truly cares about her students and helping them find their own way on the mat.  As she is always reminding me, it's not about being "perfect", it's about listening to my body and doing what it can in the moment.  This has been one of the best lessons, and one that I carry with me throughout the day.


I have been taking her group classes and have also been doing private sessions with her.  We have structured the privates so that they are workshop style, allowing me to learn how to properly do the postures that challenge me.  She has also spent time helping me find better ways to move in my daily life, increasing my range of motion, and releasing tension I've been holding in my body for a long time.


The confidence I have gained from working with Caroline has been immense.  I have much more flexibility, strength, and a sense of balance.  I am so proud of how far I have come with her guidance, and have even attempted poses that used to scare me just thinking about them.
